We manage the website https://indesk.ai (“Website”), and any other related services related to this Policy (together with Website collectively referred to as “Services”).
PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS
IMPORTANT: Access to and use of specific InDesk products (“Product(s)”) – the InDesk app (“Application”), agents (“AI Agents”) or other software that may constitute a Product – are governed by their own specific Product Terms, which you can read here.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Policy and the Product Terms, the Product Terms shall take precedence regarding your use of that specific Product.
USER OBLIGATIONS AND PROHIBITED ACTIONS
You agree to adhere to this Policy and all relevant laws by using our Services. You also agree not to:

Disparage, tarnish or harm us or the Services in any way, or use the Services in violation of any laws or regulations.

Modify, copy, redistribute, publish, display, perform or attempt to access the source code of our Services or Products without prior written consent from IntegratingMe d.o.o.

CONSEQUENCES OF POLICY VIOLATIONS
Violating our Policy can lead to consequences, the degree of which depends on the severity of your violation. Minor breaches may result in a warning, while repeated or serious breaches can lead to suspension or termination of access. If your actions pose a risk, we may involve law enforcement. We disclaim liability for actions taken in response to Policy breaches.
